Right of Reply & Editorial Policy
rexscammers.com is a public-interest awareness publisher. This page sets out, in plain language, how we publish, how we correct, and how operators of any business referenced on the site can respond on the record.
Primary-source, evidence-first
Every factual claim on rexscammers.com is supported by one or more of the following: the user's own exported Telegram chat, in-app screenshots, on-chain transaction hashes on a public blockchain explorer, archived snapshots of third-party pages on web.archive.org or archive.today, and case-reference numbers from law-enforcement filings. Opinions are clearly labelled as such.
We do not publish allegations sourced from anonymous third parties without corroborating evidence. We do not publish hearsay. We do not paraphrase chats; we reproduce them verbatim, with only personally identifying victim data redacted.
A standing invitation to respond
If you are an operator, owner, employee, contractor, lawyer, or other authorised representative of any business or persona referenced on this site — including, without limitation, REX · Virtual Visa Card, @Rexchangebot, @Rexchanges, @RexChangeOff, @apprexchangeoff, rexcardly.com, rexcompanybusiness.com, rexcompanybusiness.online, RexChange Group, RexWallet, Stanislav Reuev, or "RexChange Stanislav" — you are invited to write to beware@rexscammers.com.
We will read every submission. To make the response useful, please include:
- The specific statement on the site you contend is inaccurate (quote or link).
- The verifiable evidence that supports your version. Examples: a regulator-issued license number and lookup URL; the name of the card-issuing bank and a confirmation letter; on-chain transaction hashes proving customer withdrawals; an audited user-count.
- Any redaction request for non-public personal data.
Reviewed and corrected within 7 days
Submissions that include verifiable evidence are reviewed within 7 calendar days of receipt. Possible outcomes:
- Update or correction. If the evidence demonstrates a factual error on the page, we update the affected text and add a dated note at the top of the page recording the change.
- Right-of-reply publication. Where the dispute is about characterisation rather than fact, we publish your statement, verbatim and unedited, in a clearly labelled "Operator Response" block on the relevant page.
- Decline to amend. Where the response repeats marketing claims without verifiable evidence, we decline to amend and explain in writing why. Repeated submissions of the same unsubstantiated claim do not require a fresh review.
We do not negotiate over takedown, payment, or threats of legal action. Verifiable evidence is the only currency that moves the page.
Boundaries
- We won't unpublish primary-source evidence (the chat transcript, the screenshots, the on-chain links). Those are the public record.
- We won't accept payment, advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate revenue from any party. The site is non-monetised.
- We won't publish a victim's personal data beyond what they consented to. Anonymity is the default; opt-in is required for any identifying detail.
- We won't act as a recovery service or refer victims to one. "Recovery agents" who promise to retrieve lost crypto for an up-front fee are almost always a second scam.
